What skills and experience we're looking for

- A Teacher Assistant who can work collaboratively with our staff to provide a high quality education for our pupils
- Applicants with previous experience of working with pupils with special needs with knowledge and understanding of challenging behaviours
- Skilled communicators who are sensitive to pupils’ needs who can interpret and implement behaviour support plans
