What skills and experience we're looking for

The Governors of Dore Primary School wish to appoint a TA Level 2 to work within our primary school to support learning in class. The role could be based anywhere from EYFS-KS2 depending on the strengths of the candidate. The post will begin on 1st September 2026 or earlier through negotiation.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a strong desire to work within a team, who go above and beyond for the children and families at Dore. They will be required to contribute towards the educational and social development of the child and they will demonstrate a real enthusiasm for working with children. A desire to ensure that our children achieve the best outcomes will be essential.

We value the contributions that each individual has to make to the school community and seek a willingness from applicants to contribute to this well-established ethos within the school. The successful candidate will be required to be flexible and may be asked to work in our successful and expanding breakfast club.
