The Role
We are currently seeking to appoint an exceptional person to join our Faculty of Arts department, who will be responsible for delivering Design and Technology / 3D Art and Design lessons at key stage 3, with the potential of a key stage 4 role in one of the following subjects:
• GCSE Design and Technology (OCR)
• GCSE Art and Design: 3D Design (AQA)
• GCSE Art and Design: Photography (AQA)
• GCSE Art and Design: Graphic Communication (AQA)
This is an excellent opportunity for an NQT looking to begin their teaching career or an experienced teacher looking for their next role where we offer the opportunity to work as part of a supportive and dedicated department.

The Department
Our Faculty of Arts department currently consists of 6 excellent practitioners. We will provide a comprehensive support and mentoring programme for the successful candidate to ensure you excel at your role and are supported in becoming an outstanding teacher.

The School
Manchester Health Academy opened in September 2009 and is sponsored by Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. In September 2010 the Academy moved into a £20 million state-of-the-art building and to accommodate a growing student population we have just completed a further £10 million expansion project.
