Be experienced in both Early Years education and the Primary Curriculum
- Have knowledge of child development and a commitment to delivering personalised,
inspirational learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of all children.
- Be able to create enabling, child-centred environments that support children'sprogress and development
- Have strong collaboration skills, working effectively within a team with a proactive‘can-do’ attitude.
- Be confident in establishing calm, safe, and ordered learning environments where
children are empowered to self-regulate and take responsibility for their behaviour.
- Be aspirational, reflective and have an empathetic approach to teaching, receptive tonew ideas and approaches.

Parkfield is a two form entry Primary Academy in North West London. 94% of the children speak more than one language and between them they can speak over 50. Our curriculum is designed to be challenging but at the same time fun and creative. We start from the children's many experiences and offer them as wide a range of opportunities as possible.
