What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a talented and

those who are also able to contribute to Customer Service, Business Studies and Preparation for Adulthood, including ECT teachers are welcomed.
The successful candidate will be motivated by the belief
that every young person can achieve their potential. Whilst previous experience
of working in a SEN environment is desirable, excellent teaching skills and the
right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are just as
important. Experience of teaching learners with complex needs or experiential
learning would also be of interest. Our
young people have complex needs which can present complex emotional and
behavioural needs which mean they need more support than most.
