What skills and experience we're looking for

Experience of working with children with SEND

Experience of understanding children with Autism

An Understanding or training in PECS, TEACCH, SCERTS, Intensive interaction

An ability to use different teaching methods and adapt to cater for pupils’ different needs.

Knowledge of effective intervention strategies to improve the quality of teaching and learning.
