Teacher job summary

A considerable reduction in teacher workload has been achieved alongside fantastic results; we strongly believe these two elements work well together. We welcomed Ofsted into our school in February 2020 and received a positive report which noted “Aspirations for pupils are evident in the school’s values and ambitious curriculum.” We continue to build on this success each day in order that our children leave us as academically curious life-long learners who are confident and thoughtful citizens. We are all looking forward to meeting our newest colleague who will ensure our children receive the best education possible. We know that our school can only be as good as our staff team.

We are welcoming applications from Teachers at all stages of their career and with specialisms in any subject. Successful ECTs will benefit from Early Career Framework training and support whilst more experienced colleagues will receive development opportunities appropriate to their career stage.

As we are keen to find the right candidate as soon as possible, we strongly encourage you to initially send an email to office@HEPS.ppat365.org with your contact details including a phone number and when you would be available for a chat. We also encourage visits as soon as possible so you are able to see the school in action and be welcomed by our friendly team and children.
