Teacher in Charge of Psychology job summary

This is an excellent opportunity for a well-qualified, enthusiastic teacher to join a popular and dynamic school.

The successful candidate will be required to teach Psychology to students in KS4 / KS5. The Teacher in charge of Psychology will need to be dynamic and enthusiastic, with a flair for creativity.

Academic standards in KS5 Psychology are good. However, within the selective intake the ability range of students is broad and the department has a strong focus on the monitoring and tracking progress to ensure there is support for students to achieve the highest grades of which they are capable. We are planning to introduce Psychology at KS4 with the support of the successful candidate.

Part time hours would be considered for the right candidate.
