Teacher in the Prep Department job summary

The Prep Department at Pipers is a fully integrated part of the school, comprising 88 students within a thriving independent school of around 600 students. It operates as a single-form entry in Years 3, 4, and 5, expanding to two forms in Year 6, with class sizes ranging from 16 to 20.

The Department is led by the Head of Prep, who oversees a highly supportive and passionate team working collaboratively across the four KS2 year groups to provide an engaging and nurturing learning environment.

The purpose of this role is to support the successful implementation and development of the School’s academic and pastoral programme as a member of the Prep Department.
