The candidate needs to:

have experience of whole class teaching in Lower Key Stage Two
have consistently high expectations of each child’s learning and behaviour
have excellent subject knowledge
be committed to delivering a creative and enriched curriculum
be accurate, pay attention to detail and manage their time in order to meet deadlines
work as part of an effective team
be reflective and able to respond positively to feedback
be prepared to contribute to all aspects of school life
be enthusiastic, professional and friendly.
