What skills and experience we're looking for
You will be a confident classroom practitioner, with experience of working with young people in formal educational settings. This role would suit a TA3 who aspires to become a qualified teacher within an AP setting. You will have an inclusive view of education and be willing to develop your teaching approach in line with the strategic direction of the Trust and the school.

Further details about the role
As a result of an expansion of a new KS3 offer the school
requires a Teacher of General subjects. The role will include the planning,
delivery, assessment and organisation of teaching for groups of KS3 and KS4
students. Teaching could include English, Maths, Science, ICT and/or Vocational
areas.

The Workplace is an aspirational and innovative Alternative Provision Free School in East Sussex which opened in September 2020. The Workplace provides industry relevant education for students in year 9-11 which is high quality, based on partnerships and focused on enterprise. It offers students a strong grounding in Math's, English, Science and Enterprise alongside quality provision in one of six vocational areas (Hairdressing & Barbering, Hospitality & Catering, Multi-trades construction, Automotive, Sports & Fitness and Arts & Creativity).
