Teacher - Intervention KS2 job summary

This role is split into 2 roles:

Mornings: to teach an intervention class of 20 Afghan settled children (Year 4-6) early Maths and English, plus some wellbeing and creative activities.

Afternoons: Small group intervention with Year 5 and 6 mainstream children to boost them with 1:2 or 1:4 tuition in English/Maths (this is not SEND children- but a mix of lower/middle/higher attainers)

Occasional whole class cover teaching to allow staff in Year 5 and 6 to attend CPD training.
