Adelaide Primary School requires a highly committed, talented teacher to join our team in September 2022.

We are an exciting inner-city school that provides a first-class educational experience to all children. We are a diverse, inclusive school and value and celebrate individuality and differences.

We require an exceptional Key Stage 1 classroom teacher who is highly ambitious for themselves, our children and the school and will ‘go above and beyond’ to ensure the children make outstanding progress;

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:
- Be a dedicated, hardworking qualified Teacher
- Have the ability to deliver well planned and stimulating lessons across the curriculum and ability range
- Be confident in establishing sound professional relationships with children, colleagues, parents and our community
- Have knowledge and understanding of effective behaviour management strategies and the ability to put these into practice
- Passionately share, and actively promote, Adelaide’s values of ‘equality, effort and respect’.

Adelaide Primary School is a large school in the heart of Hull city centre. It has places for 420 pupils aged 5-11 years and has a 40 place nursery. It serves a diverse community where 75% of pupils have English as an additional language. Adelaide Primary is Ofsted rated ‘Good’ and has specific strengths in the pedagogy of Maths.
