Teacher – KS1 (Maternity Cover – Fixed Term)

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic teacher to join a highly motivated team in an outstanding school (Ofsted, April 2012). We are seeking a dynamic teacher with high expectations and a happy disposition. You will need to have a strong track record of (at least) good teaching and excellent pupil progress rates.
This position is more suited for an experienced teacher who is keen to develop and advance their career and gain experience in a different school setting
We are looking to appoint a teacher who is:

· able to bring learning to life through a creative practical curriculum;
· an excellent communicator who is committed to working in partnership with children, staff and parents;

Our pupils are aged 3 – 11, ranging from Nursery to Year 6, and mainly live in the area surrounding the school. We also have a Personalised Learning Centre that offers specialist provision for 10 pupils. This means we have over 450 pupils in total.
