What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate for this role will have a keen interest and experiences in working within KS1 along with an enthusiastic teaching style and the desire to provide a stimulating working environment for our children.
We are looking for someone who:
- has high expectations of learning and behaviour both for children in their care and themselves;
- is committed to inclusion and to providing exciting learning opportunities for children of all abilities;
- is kind, caring and flexible;
- has a specific interest in teaching in KS1;
- has a thorough knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum;

- is a reflective practitioner willing to take responsibility for their continuing professional development;
- has a genuine passion for and belief in the potential of every child.
