You will be joining SS Peter and Paul Catholic Primary Academy and Nursery an exciting time as we are part of the St Francis and St Clare’s Catholic Multi-Academy Company launched in September 2019. Ofsted in June 2019 rated our academy as a Good school with Outstanding behaviour and Leadership & Management. The report draws attention to our ‘committed team with a shared vision for the school’ and a ‘happy, harmonious community, where all feel valued’. School performance figures placed us in the top 3% of schools in terms of progress last year and standards across all phases have significantly improved year on year due to the dedication of a skilled team. If you are either a newly qualified teacher or excellent teacher with experience in KS2, you are warmly invited to come and visit us to see us in action prior to interview.
The appointed candidate will:
● Create a safe and supportive teaching and learning environment where engaging and challenging learning takes place
● Ensure that all pupils make excellent progress from their starting points
● Contribute to the strong Catholic ethos of our school
● Work in partnership with parents, all staff and governors to deliver the best provision for our children.
