Within the Spring Partnership Trust, we run our own in-house ECT programme and provide middle leaders with opportunities to develop their skills across the trust and through National College courses. We also have strong links with two teaching schools that provide our staff with excellent CPD opportunities.
The Role (will include/require):
• Class teaching responsibility with planned release each week to support assessment, planning and marking.
• Leadership responsibility based on experience
• High expectations of behaviour and wellbeing of all pupils.
• A supportive senior management team.
• Planning collaboratively with other experienced teachers
The Person (must):
• Have QTS status.
• Have a desire to professionally improve.
• Want to work as part of a hardworking, dedicated and cohesive team.
