Teacher (KS2) Primary Phase Lead job summary
We are looking for a new energetic primary leader to come and lead our team successful KS2 team. This position is middle leadership and comes with a TLR. We would welcome an experienced teacher who can lead a core subject. As part of the East Midlands Academy Trust we have a strong support network through our sister primary schools, Castle, Stimpson Avenue and Hardingstone.
As we are a through school there is a large support network within our Secondary that the successful applicants would be required to work closely with and contribute to.

Northampton International Academy is part of the East Midlands Academy Trust, it is an all through school, 4–19, and opened in September 2016. In July 2019, the academy achieved an Ofsted rating of Good.
It is a fantastic time to join NIA as it has its first Year 11 and 13 intake, as well as further groups in the primary phase and by September 2021 the school will have over 2000 pupils. This will make NIA one of the largest free schools in the country.
