At St John Fisher Catholic Voluntary Academy, we are looking for a passionate Early Career Teacher (NQT) to deliver high quality lessons while successfully nurturing and inspiring our children. As part of our energetic and welcoming team, you will enthuse and motivate to strive for success while maintaining a healthy learning environment for all children within the
school.

This role will suit a Early Career Teacher with the right attitude and commitment to be part of a school within a supportive multi academy trust community, helping it continue its journey forward. We have a proven track record of providing high quality training and support for early career teachers. You will have the opportunity to work alongside enthusiastic and aspirational teachers, to observe and share practice on a regular basis, developing pedagogy
through reflection.

The successful candidate will join an established team and enjoy CPD within school, though the Trust and Leicester Catholic Teaching School Alliance, a strategic partner

You will have an appreciation of our Catholic Ethos and how to contribute towards it. Our school is part of the St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Multi Academy Trust which brings together the 21 Catholic Primary and Secondary schools in Leicester City and Leicestershire. experienced in promoting the wellbeing of pupils, providing guidance and supportable to communicate and consult with parents, and prepare reports
