TEACHER / LEAD TEACHER OF DESIGN TECHNOLOGY job summary
We are seeking to appoint an inspiring and energetic teacher or lead teacher of Design Technology with a commitment to supporting our students to ‘be the best they can be’. First and foremost, you will be an excellent Product Design teacher and have an unwavering passion for your subject. You will have a clear focus and understanding of what makes outstanding teaching and learning and provide excellent outcomes for students. You will have the ability to teach Product Design at KS4, and the ability to teach other Design Technology subjects at KS3. Please ensure that it is clear in the supporting statement of your application whether you are applying for the post of teacher or the post of lead teacher of Design Technology. Old Buckenham High School is a small/medium-sized high school set in the heart of the beautiful Norfolk countryside. We currently have around 560 students aged between 11 and 16 years and are committed to ensuring that we provide all our students with an inspiring and challenging learning experience based around excellent teaching, high quality pastoral care, guidance and support.
