What skills and experience we're looking for

Ideally has at least one year’s teaching experience in a primary school

Is fully aware of expectations within the primary curriculum.

Has a knowledge of National Curriculum expectations in KS2

Can lead by example and be an inspiration to both children and staff

Is committed to improving teaching and raising standards through the setting of high expectations

Has excellent interpersonal skills

Can work as part of a school team and understands the ethos of a small church school

Knowledge of SATS process

Has creativity, flair and can enable all children to achieve their very best

Will support the school’s Christian vision and values.

Croughton All Saints is are thriving village school originally founded in 1842 and part of the building still retains original features including a thatched roof. We are a Voluntary Controlled Church of England school and have close links with the local Church and community. Children come mainly from Croughton, but we also welcome children from the surrounding villages, Brackley and the nearby American RAF base.
