What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will be a creative and clever teacher, able to make learning fun, bring the curriculum to life and ensure that all children progress and achieve. They will be able to create an inclusive and stimulating environment to inspire learning and be a role model for our children and families. We are looking for a caring and warm individual that values every child, yet understands the rigour and challenge required in the modern classroom. We warmly welcome applications from candidates at all stages of their career as the position could be anywhere in our high performing KS2 set up. Experience of upper KS2 and the delivery of SATs would be desirable-although not essential.

Our successful candidate will be an inspirational teacher but they will need to be a great team player able to fit in with our "can do" staff. They will have great communication skills, a sense of humour and ability to lead and enthuse those around them.
