What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a talented and inspirational teacher to join our happy and supportive team teaching a small group of children who have some additional needs or need a little extra help (maximum of 6 children). This will be in the mornings (8.45 to 12:15) and will offer the children an adapted curriculum based on the learning of their year group. PPA time will be available daily to support this.
You must be a strong team player, with an ability to build strong relationships with adults and children.
You must be resilient and hardworking, teaching is a challenging job and whilst every effort is made to provide a supportive environment and a manageable workload, the job is still demanding.
You must be willing to look beyond what is on the prescribed curriculum, we need a teacher who is motivated, creative and inspired, with the ability to transfer these skills to our wonderful pupils.
