Essential educational requirements

Well presented letter outlining skills, experience and educational philosophy
Graduate in relevant subject with Qualified Teacher Status able to teach ADT at KS3 and KS4
Recent relevant CPD
Excellent, up-to-date subject knowledge
At least good classroom practitioner
Experience of tracking pupil progress and using data to inform lesson planning
Excellent knowledge of classroom practice, pedagogy and national policy around education

Essential qualifications
