Teacher of Art (0.4fte) job summary
We wish to appoint an innovative teacher to join our Art Department from September 2020.
The successful candidate will have the ability to teach KS3 to KS4 Art across all age and ability ranges. You will be an effective classroom teacher with the ability to raise the achievement of all students and be keen to play a full part in the life of the school.
Applications from NQTs are welcome as the school has a strong NQT training and support programme.
Prendergast Vale School is an all through school, nursery to Year 11, and rated as Good by Ofsted in February 2018. It is one of the top performing mixed schools for E-Bacc in Lewisham. The school benefits from being part of the Leathersellers’ Federation of Schools and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with colleagues across the Federation.

We are committed to providing excellent CPD for Middle Leaders and offer the accredited National Award for Middle Leaders (NPQML) to all Middle Leaders.
