What skills and experience we're looking for
We would like to appoint a committed, energetic, and enthusiastic Teacher of Art and Design, who will join a strong Art and Design Technology Department at an exciting stage in its development. The successful candidate would also become Assistant Head of House, working closely with the Head of House in leading, managing, and co-ordinating the strategic development of the House to ensure all students (and staff) have a positive school experience. The pastoral system is integral at Trafalgar School, and it is therefore expected that the successful candidate will have the drive to inspire students to achieve the best possible results, be a good communicator, able to interact effectively, and influence a wide and diverse group of people.
