What skills and experience we're looking for
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Ability to teach "outstanding" lessons in Art & Photography
- Ability to implement schemes of work and ensure they are implemented to a high standard
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.

The Role
We are looking to appoint an outstanding and inspirational Teacher of Art & Photography.
The position will suit an experienced or newly qualified teacher.

The Art & Photography department has been recently refurbished with its own photography studio and communal office. As soon as you set foot in our Art and Photography department the passion and high expectations are clear. Students study Art and Photography to A level.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Be accountable for student progress and development within your classes.
- Be innovative in your own teaching and to develop and enhance the teaching practice of others.
- Plan collaboratively with colleagues in order to promote effective practice and provide a broad, balanced and ambitious curriculum.
- Be a form tutor to promote a sense of belonging amongst our students.
We will accept applications for a part time or full time position. We will also accept applications from teachers who can only offer art and not photography.
