We are looking for a teacher to be able to teach Art and Technology across Key Stages 3 and 4 and be subject lead across the school. You will be joining a small Secondary team of five other staff and be instrumental in helping to develop the outstanding Secondary provision. Experience of working with SEMH is desirable but not essential. The successful candidate will be reflective, innovative and flexible in their approaches to learning as well as being highly skilled in developing trusting relationships with SEMH pupils.

Do you want to have the autonomy to develop an Art and Technology curriculum across the school that creates fun, exciting and engaging lessons for children with Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) challenges?
As the subject lead Art and Technology Teacher you will take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the curriculum in a way that maximises children’s achievement and ability to develop.

Further details about the role
Bure Park is also a residential provision for pupils between Year 4 and Year 8. The multi-disciplinary team consists of Care Staff, Teachers and TAs who facilitate the school’s twin aims of re-integrating pupils into their home environment and when appropriate mainstream school.
