What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful applicant will be passionate about teaching Art, well organised, dynamic and highly motivated in delivering high quality teaching, that drives achievement and inspires a love of learning.

You will have a natural ability to motivate both pupils and peers and be able to demonstrate experience of achieving positive outcomes for pupils, as well as being passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people in our school community.

An ability to teach A Level Art is essential. Specific responsibilities to be discussed with the applicant at interview, according to their strengths.
