As a science department our aim is to enable our learners to develop the underpinning knowledge, analytical skills and inquisitive attitude that will enable them to make sense of the world around them. We are looking for a biology specialist to join our team and to contribute their enthusiasm and teaching skills to our work. The successful candidate will be an effective classroom practitioner, committed to improving learners’ experiences and attainment through working collaboratively and being willing to adopt new ideas. Qualified Teacher status
Evidence of personal and professional development
Essential skills and experience
Relevant teaching experience
Experience of teaching Biology in both KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).
Experience of teaching KS3 Physics and Chemistry is desirable.
