Key responsibilities for the role include:
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Biology specialist to join our school as a Teacher of Biology. The large and successful science Department have a real passion for their subject; They aim to pass on enthusiasm for sciences to the students through active engagement in lessons. They are fully committed to learning outside the classroom through field trips and enrichment days. Candidates will need to share the love of teaching sciences to bright and capable students.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a successful Teacher of Biology across all levels.
- Inspire curiosity and passion for Biology, whilst delivering a knowledge rich curriculum
- Experience of planning of lessons / schemes of work in line with the demands of an examination syllabus.
-Be driven and passionate about securing positive outcomes for students
