Teacher of Biology job summary
Due to school expansion we are seeking to appoint a well-qualified Teacher of Biology to join this flourishing and highly successful Faculty.
At Key Stage 4 and 5 Biology is taught by a subject specialist and the ability to teach Biology at all Key Stages, including A Level, is essential, as is the ability to teach Chemistry and Physics at Key Stage 3.
The post is ideal for NQTs or someone wishing to develop their leadership skills.
The Science Faculty achieves excellent results at all levels. There is a very strong team of teachers with a supportive working atmosphere. Students are well-motivated and there is good support from parents. The Sciences are extremely popular A Level subjects and this would be an ideal opportunity to join our team. The School is expanding and we have just moved into our additional new Science block with 3 fantastic biology labs.
