Teacher of Boys PE job summary

Outwood Academy Acklam is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of Boys’ PE that loves changing the lives of young people through passionate teaching. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to putting Students First, by ensuring the highest standards of learning, achievement and development for all pupils, are met.

The PE Department is made up of a group of dedicated teachers who are passionate about developing and raising the aspirations of our students. The PE department is a driving force in delivering our Health & Wellbeing curriculum. Working alongside our Sports Games Organiser this dynamic team are committed to supporting our students to be the best they can be, whilst promoting active and health lifestyle choices.

This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic, driven professionals to join our Family of Schools. An excellent knowledge and understanding of the subject is essential as is a passion for PE. You must possess the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of our students and share our single goal of ‘students first’.
