Teacher of Business/Information Technology job summary
Required for September 2022, we are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, highly motivated & enthusiastic Teacher of Business/Information Technology. The successful candidate will join a highly successful department with historic strong exam outcomes. Courses currently offered include OCR Cambridge National in Enterprise & Marketing (Lv1/2), AQA GCSE Economics, Edexcel A Level Business, and LIBF Diploma in Financial Studies. It is also hoped the department will offer AQA AS Economics. Progress 8 data regularly ranks the Business/Economics courses in the top 3 annually, with students often achieving or exceeding their target grades. As the department is linked with ICT, the successful candidate will be expected to teach ICT at KS3 and potentially KS4 for the right candidate. Courses offered in ICT include AQA GCSE Computer Science, OCR Cambridge National in IT (Lv1/2), and OCR Cambridge Technical in IT (Lv3).
