What skills and experience we're looking for
Wilmington Academy has an exciting opportunity to appoint an excellent Teacher of Business Studies and Enterprise to join us from January 2025.
Our ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic Business specialist who is passionate about Business and has excellent subject knowledge. You will be joining a dynamic and innovative department who are highly collaborative and share ideas.
This teaching role is receptive to experienced practitioners with the knowledge and experience to teach across KS4/5 and also Early Career Teachers (ECTs)who are looking for their first teaching position as we can offer a bespoke professional development programme tailored to you not only within the academy but across the wider Trust.
The basis of this role is permanent and offering MPS/UPS based on experience + London Fringe Allowance.

We are a strong and very stable faculty and we celebrate success year on year across the Key Stage 4 and 5 academic and vocational courses that we deliver so you will need to be an experienced practitioner with the knowledge and experience to teach across KS4/5 and a range of abilities.
