Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for you to be in at the very start, to help launch Business Studies as a new subject for our Sixth Form students. As the sole teacher of this subject, your knowledge and expertise will help our students to learn real, practical skills for the world of work and business, via delivery of both the A-Level and BTEC level 3 courses.
Your expertise will also be vital in shaping the future of our Business Studies offer within the school and, as such, there may be a TLR available with this role.
Our inclusive Sixth Form for girls and boys aims to give everyone the opportunity to develop their academic potential to the full, to make firm friendships, and to play an important role in the whole school community. Our commitment to ‘achieving personal bests’ underpins all that we do – academically and pastorally.
We want our Sixth Form students to leave us as ambitious, responsible and inspiring individuals, equipped with the necessary skills for their chosen future plans, and having achieved their personal bests throughout their Sixth Form journey. If you can contribute to our positive, uplifting culture, we would welcome an application from you.
