Teacher of Business Studies job summary
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and well qualified part time teacher of Business Studies. This is a part time post but if you are able to offer a second subject in an EBACC subject then a full time position may be available. The successful candidate would join an excellent department. Business Studies is a popular option at Key Stages 4 & 5 and the post would suit a newly qualified teacher.
The successful candidate will:
- Understand the requirements for high quality teaching.
- Be able to use ICT in all aspects of your work.
- Have excellent administration skills and an ability to meet deadlines.
- Have the ability to fulfill the requirements of a form tutor.
- Have good interpersonal skills.
- Have excellent communication skills and an ability to relate to people at all levels.
- Be a positive team player with a strong commitment to professional development.
- Embrace new technologies and ideas that enhance learning.
- Have the ability to deal sensitively with pupils, parents and colleagues.
- Experience of teaching A Level and/or BTEC Business Studies.
- Be highly self-motivated.
