Teacher of Business Studies (Permanent, full time, to start April 2021) job summary
We are recruiting a Teacher of Business Studies to join the very successful and thriving Department here at John Ferneley College. The subject area has grown rapidly over the last few years and is now a ‘go to’ area within the flourishing curriculum.
We are looking to appoint an outstanding teacher of Business with high expectations, strong classroom management skills and good subject knowledge. You should have a vibrant personality and be prepared to continually develop your skills to ensure enjoyment and rigour in the classroom. We have a strong team ethos and are looking for a like-minded person to join the department at an exciting time of the schools development.
We would warmly welcome and encourage applications from Newly Qualified Teachers. It is likely that the successful applicant would be expected to teach KS3 and KS4 GCSE Business Studies.

Located in the beautiful rural market town of Melton Mowbray, we serve around 1150 students from within Melton Mowbray and beyond.
