TEACHER OF CATERING / TEXTILES
Main Scale: £23,719- £39,406
1.0 FTE
Temporary Post (Maternity Cover)

Required for October 2019 to cover a period of maternity leave, Full Time we seek an ambitious, innovative and talented professional who can successfully contribute to the delivery of Food and Textiles; Design Technology lessons at KS3 and Catering and Art Textiles lessons at KS4. If you are a specialist in either subject area, we would like to hear from you. Experience of GCSE practical delivery in both subjects would be advantageous, however enthusiasm and adaptability from your specialist area will also be considered.
Over recent years there has been heavy investment into the facilities within both Catering and Textiles and we are seeking an individual with energy, drive and inspiration to complement our team of creative passionate teachers. A willingness to contribute to extra-curricular activities would also be valued. Further details of the curriculum and courses can be found in the enclosed ‘Welcome to the Applied Learning Faculty’ document.
