We are seeking an experienced, inspirational and creative teacher who wants to make a difference. If you, like us, are passionate about improving the life chances of our young people, then this could be the right place for you. West SILC is a very successful all age generic special school.

You will offer us:

·         Outstanding practice in relation to teaching children with complex learning difficulties (including Autism, complex speech, language and communication needs…)

·         The ability to plan and deliver highly adapted learning activities to meet the needs of our learners with complex needs. This role would be suitable for an Early Years or Primary practitioner with some SEN experience).

·         The skills to deliver highly engaging and motivating learning

·         Experience of differentiating learning of SEN children

·         Experience and knowledge communicating with learners at an early level of communication
