Teacher of Computer Science/ICT job summary

We are seeking to appoint a qualified teacher of Computer Science/ICT who has the potential to make a significant contribution in an already highly successful department.

The successful applicant will be expected to teach at all Key Stages and will be involved in the planning and delivery of lessons which build on previous success and continues to raise students’ attainment. Either experience of, or a willingness to deliver, the Computational Thinking and programming aspects of the A-Level course at KS5 would be desirable. He/she will also work collaboratively with members of staff outside the department and will support whole school policies and initiatives.

The teacher appointed will be expected to take a full part in the whole life of the school and the delivery of the Academy Improvement Plan.
