The school has had a successful start and is currently over-subscribed for every year group. We currently have 1015 students across Years 7 to 12 following the opening of our brand new sixth form provision in September 2023.
Derby Cathedral School is the first ever Church of England Secondary school in the Diocese and after being in our temporary school for the first three years, moved to our new state-of-the-art building in September 2021. This is located close to the city centre.
