We are home of East Midlands East Maths Hub and provide CPD and school to school support through The Minster Learning Alliance. The Minster School is the lead school in the Minster Trust for Education (MITRE), a multi-academy trust that currently consists of seven schools.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, ambitious, and creative teacher to join our computing faculty. You will join a highly successful school, with an expectation to strive for excellence at every opportunity, commit to sharing practice with others. Whilst this post is advertised as full-time, we can be flexible and would consider applications from candidates wishing to work part-time.
The successful candidate will:
• be an excellent classroom teacher able to teach throughout the age and ability range (Key Stage 3, 4 and 5)
• be passionate about Computer Science and IT and be able to inspire a similar enthusiasm in our students
• be committed to raising the attainment of all students, particularly those who are disadvantaged
• demonstrate excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
• be committed to supporting and contributing to our school ethos of Succeeding Together and the values of Wisdom, Optimism, Resilience, Kindness and Service
