Teacher of Computing and IT (0.8 – 1FTE) job summary
Our Computer Science and IT department is very successful, with students achieving excellent outcomes in academic and vocational courses at both GCSE/Level 2 and A-level/Level 3. Courses are consequently highly popular option choices, with strong uptake into Key Stage 4 and Sixth Form. Many students then pursue pathways of degree-level study, training or employment in Computer Science and IT.
We require a passionate and highly motivated Teacher of Computing and IT with the ability to teach Computing and IT at Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. Previous experience of teaching A-level Computing and IT is not a requirement but would be advantageous.
