  • About the role:

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Computing and/or IT to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, contributing to the development of an inspiring computing curriculum, and supporting the school’s ethos and mission.

    Our key strength is the experience and talents of our staff, all significantly committed to providing our students with an exciting and involved curriculum.

    The successful candidate will:

    • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Computing/IT lessons in line with the curriculum.
    • Develop a curriculum that meets the National Curriculum requirements and inspires students to achieve their full potential.
    • Support the Catholic ethos of the school.

    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a positive learning environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan and prepare lessons that cater to a wide range of abilities.
    • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback to support their development.
    • Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
    • Engage with parents and carers to support students' learning.
