What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a degree and experience either in teaching or in industry, who can make a positive contribution to the Computing Faculty and play as full a part as possible in the wider life of the school community. You will be joining a dynamic, cohesive, and fully resourced department and will be expected to teach at GCSE and A-Level. Excellent subject knowledge, good team working skills and commitment to keeping abreast of new ideas in the field of Computer Science will be important, as well your ability to inspire, motivate and encourage both staff and students to enjoy the fascination of this subject. Computing is a popular option at GCSE, AS and A-Level. Many students go on to study Computer Science at Russell Group Universities, including Oxford and Cambridge each year.
