We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our teaching team as Teacher of Computing & IT. The successful candidate will teach within the Computing and IT department, ensuring that all students make excellent progress and achieve well across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.

There is a leadership opportunity, ideal for an experienced teacher who has QTS, and seeking the next step in their career, transitioning into middle leadership. The successful candidate will have a passion for both teaching and leadership, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate both students and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

* Implement rigorous and engaging schemes of work that promote high standards of teaching and learning.
* Collaborate closely with departmental colleagues to share best practices and resources, fostering a supportive and cohesive team environment
* Utilise our modern, purpose-built facilities and equipment to enhance the teaching and learning experience for students
* Monitor student progress closely and implement targeted intervention strategies where necessary to support student achievement
* Contribute to the wider life of the school by participating in extracurricular activities and events
