We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Teacher of Design and Technology. This post is suitable for an Early Career Teacher.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and vibrant team. As the successful candidate you must be able to demonstrate passion and creativity, as well as excellent subject knowledge. You must have a commitment to developing and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning and enjoy the challenge of ensuring that all pupils achieve their full potential.

Walthamstow School for Girls is a mainstream, non-denominational secondary school for girls aged 11-16. It is situated in Walthamstow, East London, and it has 900 pupils on its roll.
It was founded in 1890, originally as a private school, situated on West Avenue. It later moved to the current location on Church Hill and has since had various additions made to it with the most recent new building being added in 2010.
