We are seeking to appointa well-qualified and motivated Teacher of Design & Technology who is able to instil a passion for design and technology for KS2-KS3 pupils.

What the school offers its staff

Woodhouse Academy is a successful Middle School of over 430 pupils, set in a semi-rural location on the outskirts of Biddulph, Staffordshire. The school runs a secondary style timetable and subjects are taught by specialist teachers throughout. All students study design & technology from Year 5 to Year 8. Pupils enjoy coming to school, are enthusiastic about learning and are challenged to achieve their best.

You will join a supportive and friendly staff in a school with a strong emphasis on respect and wellbeing. We run a fully accredited ECF programme in partnership with Painsley College. Our professional development is highly personalised in order to improve knowledge and skills and enable progression into middle and senior management.
