 We are excited to be able to welcome applications for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and dynamic teacher to join our Design & Technology department to provide maternity cover.

The Design Technology department is thriving and has a reputation for excellent teaching and learning. All students study Design and Technology at Key stage 3 with many students choosing to study GCSE Design and Technology (Eduqas) at Key Stage 4.  The department achieves outstanding results with one of the highest value added scores in the school; many students return to study the subject Post 16 to build on their success from GCSE.  This post offers a superb opportunity for an energetic teacher with excellent skills to develop further within a positive, well resourced and supportive environment. It is suitable for an experienced teacher or someone at the start of their career. 
 
The successful candidate will be required to teach Design and Technology (Product Design) at KS3, 4 and 5 and be willing to contribute to our forward thinking departments enrichment programme as well as engaging in our department CPD programme.
